error saving PDF file , PDF file file is open or uneditable

on the 2018 version of autocad, the publication of plots in PDF works
on the 2020 version, I have this error message which appears randomly. Sometimes it works, then on the same file it doesn't work anymore.

The message is "error saving PDF file , PDF file file is open or uneditable"
I tried the different solutions proposed in the autocad help but it does not work
Do you have an idea to solve this question?

Not seeing that here: how frequently does it happen? "randomly" usually means it may be a specific driver issue, problems with the files, or problem with accessing the location the PDF file(s) are created. All things hard to decipher remotely like this.
