Editing a 3D block using 2016 AutoCAD 16

I am faced with a delima where I need to punch a hole in a 3D block object using '16 LT.  Any suggestions?

LT has not 3D hole punching ability.

Unfortunately, AutoCAD LT does not support 3D editing. If you are in a one-time pinch, you might download a Trial of AutoCAD 2017 to get your task accomplished.
