Dynamic Block Creation

Is it possible to create Dynamic Blocks in Autocad LT 2009. If so is there a tutorial on this topic.

So, can Autocad LT 2009 create Dynamic Blocks?

Since '06 I believe, so yes, '09 will create DB's. Fields are avalaible in 2010.
