Duplicating object to certain distance

Hello,

I'm new to AutoCAD and hoping someone can help me with an issue I've come across.

I've attached some screen grabs so hopefully it'll make sense what I'm trying to achieve.

The first screen grab shows a cabinet side with an angled shelf.

The second screen grab highlights the angled shelf.

I'm trying to replicate this shelf every 273mm from the bottom to the top.

Can anyone help me?

COPY command, the concept is the same as the tutorial for MOVE command here http://cadtips.cadalyst.com/2d-operations/move-objects-specific-coordinates

Consider taking some core classes for the software online (free or paid) and a good tutorial book from Amazon to pick up on these usage basics too.
