Disappearing text

I have two drawings in model space, both have text, when I put them in my title block's view port the text is not visible. I have been having this problem recently. I see my text in model space but not in paper space. Is there something wrong with my software? I am using AutoCad LT 2017.

I will try that. I would be willing to show the drawing to an expert if
that does not work. It may be that I am missing something.

I changed the annotative scale and it worked, now here is where it got interesting (proof that the eleventh dimension exist) every time I click on the text it shows a bigger text attached to the original. It's like a big shadow of the original text which is set to 10".

Turn off SHOW ANNOTATIVE OBJECTS, it's the three-pronged icon with a small circle in the upper right of it next to your annotative scale on the bottom screen toolbar. Command name is ANNOALLVISIBLE, look it up in Help.
