dimensioned rectangles from excel

Hello, 
If I enter my list with dimensions and numbering in autocad,
I get the following result. what is wrong in my formula that the horizontal dimension is wrong?

If I remember rightly it's because the snaps are on. At the beginning of the information put OSNAP OFF

Can you post the script file that you are creating. I couldn't get your excel data to work

Change the order of the last terms - you need the X portion THEN the Y portion of the location of the horizontal dimension.
