Dimension lines won't polar track

Any help appreciated.

My dimension lines will not track (either polar or ortho).

My regular line command does track as normal, however when I begin a dimension line the tracking is not present. No tooltip or polar angle indicator.

I can't find the option or system variable to change this.

Couldn't see your screen shots. They are producing an error for me.

Does this happen in all drawings? If it is not all drawings then share one that exhibits the behavior.

Which DIM command(s) did you use? Not all "track" at random or POLAR angles.
