dimension lines are different scale in layout vs model space

Good morning,

I attached a couple screenshots of what I'm seeing when working in model space and then after I plot to PDF for printing. Any suggestions on somehow keeping the dimension lines the same scale in layout as I have in model?

Are you using annotative text and dimstyles?
is your layout plot scale simply need adjusting?
Or just your plot scale?

Post your DWG file if you need more help.

TIA

This is not a plot scale

And your model content is not actually drawn to any paper size, nd the proportions are off as far as I can tell for a stock paper size except maybe/perhaps 18x24????

So... since you do not intend to draw or plot to any scale, and I see all of your content is in modelspace, why don't you just PLOT from modelspace with the EXTENTS option? To correct your issue, your titleblock needs to be an actual page-size or a proportional scale of one.
