Custom Block Table schedule auto generate

I am trying to create a schedule table to schedule all of the doors and their physical features within my drawing.

The drawing is an Xref file within DISfile.
Doors are blocks within the Xref.

Door blocks have multiple visibility states which relate to various features included within the physical door.

Door blocks also have a nested block which creates a schedule label for each unit (D01, D02 etc), but no reason this cannot be moved to the DISfile level if it makes things easier.
Ideally the table will have parameters to automatically fill in the contents for each door unit. (ie, D01 is type3 door, therefore features 7,8,9 are present etc)
Im having a bit of writers block on how to link my door blocks into a table. any help appreciated thanks.

DISfile is the active file. my current workflow involves Xref files attached to a active file with additional information.

Block Table Schedule creation in LT is very limited, and I'm not sure how well it would work with dynamic blocks, read through this similar post https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-lt-forum/creating-schedules-for-blocks-in-lt/td-p/8382833

I do have access to full AutoCAD, but I need the table to work in LT for the rest of my team, if that helps?
