Converting TPL Files to DWG files

Is there a way of converting TPL Files to DWG files as I cannot upload the TPL Files to AutoCAD LT in which I am wanting to purchase?

Do you mean ArchiCAD TPL? Or PLT? Neither of these can be directly opened/imported in AutoCAD or AutoCAD LT.

Nope, you need the source program to do conversions to DXF or DWG first.
