Command line disappeared ctrl9 not working?

Hi, for some reason my command line has disappeared and I have been on the forums and if I type Ctrl9 it asks if I want-to close the command line, even if I say yes and select Ctrl9 again it still doesn't appear, if I type commandline on my screen I do get the same options as I would usually but with no visible command line in place, the screen is full size and I cannot see it floating around the sides?? can someone please help!!

Sounds like it is off the screen. Try changing to a different workspace. The gear icon on the bottom toolbar.
