Civil 3D Symbols Not Appearing

I currently running AutoCAD LT 2024 and have downloaded the C3D Object Enabler I believe was 2022.  I have a drawing that was sent to me which was created in C3D but some symbols are missing (site monumentation).  Any ideas what is the issue?  THX

If you are running LT2024, an Object Enabler that is not also 2024 will never work @CentralmaineCAD 

What is the challenge for you to get the correct enabler from your Autodesk Accounts page, I'm not sure I understand, sorry

You either used the incorrect log-in, or the owner of your license opted to lock you out of that option to see and use. Time to ask "the boss" or the IT folks for help if you don't own the license.

I found out that my subscription was located under an old email address.  Now that has been resolved and I have downloaded the 2025 enabler I am having the same issue (monumentation not showing) I am showing rectangles across my drawing:

@CentralmaineCAD You are running LT2024 and LT2026? may I ask why you installed the 2025 version of the Civil3D Object Enabler?

I downloaded the incorrect enabler.  After downloading the one for 2026 the rectangles did disappear.  I'm still without property corner monumentation which perhaps they are not showing in their drawing even though it's labelled, which would be strange.

@CentralmaineCAD Dumb question, but did you restart your PC yet?

Yes, I have restarted my PC.  All the rectangles have now disappeared but the property corner monumentation is still not showing.  I reached out to the surveyor to see if he will send me a PDF of the CAD file to make sure the monumentation is within the file.  The monuments are all labelled but no symbols.
