Blurry drawing and text

I received this drawing from a customer and I am having a hard time reading it.  I am self taught on Autocad and currently using Autocad LT 2020.  Not sure how to clear this up so it is legible when I print it.

@jonski499 - there are only hatch and polyline objects in this drawing. Looks like someone did a (poor) Raster to Vector conversion. Ask the source for the original CAD drawing.

I was able to explode it and it cleared it up.  Not sure why, but it did work.

All the original polylines had a width, by exploding you reduce them to lines which don't have a width property.

The other way with the original drawing is to select all the polylines and in the properties change the global width to zero.
