autocad lt creating a tab on my ribbon

On my ribbon I do not have the layout tab.(See below in attachment).  Can you tell me how to add the layout tab

you have to click on one of the layout tabs at the bottom of the screen first. Any of them apart from "model" then the layout tab will appear in the ribbon.

You have to be in a LAYOUT first to see the LAYOUT tab appear on the Ribbon, then it will automagically appear: in your screenshot you are only in modelspace.
