AutoCAD LT 2023 hole chart/table

How do I create a hole chart/table in AutoCAD LT 2023?

Some of our older tools where done in autcad, I made some changes to a file but can't figure out how to add a hole table to it.

AutoCADMECHINCAL is designed to do that all day long OOTB, not plain AutoCAD, and for sure not LT.

Do you have just a bunch of circles in a closed PLINE you will to export to a chart?
Or are these circular block objects with attributes?
