You can also check out the autodesk services providers page if you are not eligible for autodesk service with your license.

There is also lots of knowledge here in the forums if you care to share what you have tried so far.

Have you shut your computer down and restarted and tried opening AutoCAD?

What other things have you tried?

Hi @Anonymous,

I would suggest starting with a repair and reinstall and see if that fixes it. You could also try disabling your anti-virus and test opening AutoCAD; sometimes the anti-virus permissions can prevent the program from opening. You can find further troubleshooting steps in this article.

Let me know if any of these suggestions work for you!

Hi there,

So its day 2 of the same problem. Yesterday I updated the graphics driver and that seemed to do the trick. I figured the problem was solved however I'm having the same problem again today.

I proceeded to install the 2017 version and it rendered the same issue.

I've tried the repair tool and I reinstalled it as well.

I've tried disabling my antivirus with no success.

please advise. my employers are growing impatient.
