Hi.
Using AutoCADLT 2025.
Problem:
- When drawing both 'polyline' and 'line' using Hidden/Centerline/Dashed linetypes, a gap starts to form between the final dash and the end vertex of the line as the line lengthens.
Info:
(in the following 'line' refers to both polyline on line)
- The gap between the last dash and the end point vertex of the line remains even it is drawn as a single polyline/line.
- This means that some corners have gaps.
- This issue occurs with PLINEGEN variable set to both 1 & 0.
- This issue occurs when manually enabling/disabling 'line type generation' in properties once the polyline is selected.
- Filleting/joining these lines does not solve the problem.
- Exploding and then filleting/joining these lines does not solve the problem.
- The gap only occurs on the end point of the line. Not the start point.
- When stretching the line, whether using start point or end point to stretch, the gap on the end point grows.
- This issue does not occur on other work computers using the exact same layer, linetype, linetype scale and same dwg.
I have attached a .png to demonstrate the issue.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much.
