Autocad - Design Feed post missing!

Hello,

We are working on a big project and today each member of the team opened their drawnigs to find that the posts on the Design Feed were missing.

Any idea why???

Design feed was terminated by Autodesk. Did you not get the email about a month ago with the announcement?

Hi Dean,

It seems that I  missed the announcement.... but, it should still work if it was working 2 days ago... we can create new posts, but can't see the previous ones..

Do you know if it is going to be replaced with another feature?

Oh sorry, my bad, I was thinking of something else altogether when I replied to your post.

Ensure this is not the problem http://blogs.rand.com/support/2013/12/your-autocad-2014-design-feed-palette-doesnt-update.html and also ensure your A360 log-ins for all team members are still active.
Then check with your IT about testing without your antivirus and firewall active to see if they are shutting you down.

Hi Dean,

 

many thanks for your reply. I tried both options and I got the posts back in some drawings but not in others. It looks like the posts went missing like when you Save As, but I  never 'save as' those drawings... it is a mistery....

The only thing that I did different this last few days was upgrading from 2016 to 2017.. but it shouldn't affect the files as both versions are saving in 2013 format...

 

I'm out of ideas....

Is 2016 still installed and still logged into A360? Log out of it in 2016 and 2017, then log back in with 2017 and relaunch DF.

Hello John,

Sorry for the late reply. I tried the solucions recomemnded by Dean and I had no luck. I asked if anybody in the team 'saved as' the drawing and nobody did, so I'm out of idea why they went missing...
