Attributes linked to viewport scale

Hi,

It is possible to link an attributes (or a text) to a viewport scale?  I want that scale appear automatically into the Tiltleblock, if I change it, I want it change by itself. I use Autocad LT.

2nd question: It is possible to do link for other parameters (date, drawing number, etc...)?  There are a list of these possible link?

Thanks!

Welcome to the Forums

It can be done, BUT not inside blocks. You need to work with FIELDS.

Click on INSERT. Then choose FIELD... and you will see all the options you can use.

To update the field you need to do a REGEN of your drawing

OK it's works!  Thank you!

BUT it's not easy to find it and understand how to do.

Once you've done a few it should get easier.

I would suggest you also GROUP those fields with your title block so if you move the block the fields should go with it, just be sure to change the variable PICKSTYLE to 1 otherwise your fields won't move with your title block
