Amending levels of topo by fixed amount

Hi Knowledgeable folks!

I'm looking for a way to increase all numbers by a set amount. I want one of my station points to be the on site datum but it's currently an odd number i.e. 100.123 and I'd like to amend all figures down by 0.123 so the station becomes 100.000. I'm sure it's a simple fix but I can't find it trawling through the web!
