Align, scale objects on alignment points

Hello all,

This strange thing happens to me...

When I align an object to a line and select 2 seperate base points and target points to align to and enter (continue) we all get the question "Scale objects based on alignment points?". I enter NO, because I don't want to change the dimensions of the object in question.

I've had several issues with this command that it DOES change the dimensions of the object. It are only small deviations for example 15670 becomes 15662,37.

Does anyone have the same issues? And what is the problem?

Show us with a sample DWG file with the problem, explain how we can replicate it in detail.
And explain in very uncertain terms how you are measuring 15670 vs 15662,37 as often that is the underlying problem if the change in object orientation is not factored in by the user.

What version of LT are you using?

Is it updated to the latest version?

No problems in LT2016. I would suggest you get the patches and then try again

I tried to recreate the same problem by doing what I always do..... Now it doesn't do the problem that I have.

Will keep it under investigation.... Sorry

Don't apologise. We're just users like yourself. We are all fallible
