Zooming in Plot Preview Gives Dots

When I zoom in my plot preview dots show instead of the lines. However when I plot to PDF it turns out fine. Help? Thank you!

We had an issue like this at our company and the culprit was the DWG to PDF.pc3 file.  Does this issue happen for everyone in the company?  If not, then fine someone who it's not happening to and copy the DWG to PDF.pc3 file off their system and replace yours with theirs.  Then try.

To solve this problem,

command 'GRAPHICSCONFIG' and turn off hardware acceleration.
