How to change xref VP color if object color is not set to by layer, if we use xrefoverride command linetype will also change, I want to change only object color not object linetype. Is there any other option to change only object color.

No there isn't.
Only way, change the object properties in your xref file (to bylayer)

You may want to look into the Xref Layer Settings "Treat xref object properties as ByLayer":
