Work whitout internet conection.

Hi.
I have a query regarding working with autocad 2021 without an internet connection.
When executing the program, an annoying window appears that I would like not to show (see atach).

The computer is connected to the internet at the time of activation, but sometimes I have to go to workplaces where I don't have an internet connection.

It is really annoying to close the window every time I start autocad offline.

Use your phone as a hot spot. I've done this quite a bit with both bluetooth and USB cable.

In my work I use different software companies. Only autocad shows me this annoying screen.
Closing the window is less annoying than activating the data connection on my phone.
My question is about some customization option that allows disabling annoying messages.
