wipeout

Hello .. when I insert a block with a wipeout (for example, a block of a door that breaks the wall) everything is fine ..

but when I put this initial drawing as x-ref or with x-ref in x-ref (2 times) it does not work (the wall is not breaks)
what to do in this case?        Autocad2012

There are a number of issues with wipeouts. I avoid using them.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Move away from Wipeouts, they are troublesome in Xrefs in your old version of AutoCAD.

I've never had problems with wipeouts and use them all the time.

However, I WILL say that I've had coworkers have a similar problem (albeit, very rare), and there were two tricks:
1. Make sure your CAD has the latest software patches and updates
2. Recreate the wipeout within the block.  It may be corrupt

You're lucky. Many have and there are many posts about them. For example, when plotting to PDF they show as solid black rectangles. There are also problems with them holding the draw order. Not so much in blocks but when used as stand alone entities.

Found the root of cause !!!
The  wipeout was in the defpoint layer, changed it to 0
right now it works ..

Advice ... try to NOT use Defpoints and 0 layers , i suggest always to make your own layers .
