AutoCAD is giving me wierd coordinates in "List" Can someone explain this to me?

X=2.8737E+07 = 28,737,000
Typical for very large or very small numbers.
What is "weird" about the y coordinate?
With such large numbers, do you really need decimal inch units (especially to 4 decimal places)?
Is there a logical need to work a long ways away from 0,0,0 (maybe you can move when finished if needed)?
Well, it is an old CAD file from a contractor. It is of some fee mineral outlines in Lafourche. If you want to run it, here is a bit of the file. I did load the scientific into Excel to compare points. As you can see, they are points that are WAY out there. Atttached is a screen dump of how it comes into ArcGIS and how it is in AutoCAD 3D Map (the blue outlines.)

Hi,
as JDMATHER already told you, that is normal for such big (geographical) coordinates.
What you can do to get the list or coordinates with larger values in front of the decimal sign is to reduce the number of digits behind the decimal separator: so start command _UNITS, and for the length==>precision set the number of decimal places to less than 4 (which is your current setting).
