Some 3rd party PDF plotter (drivers) and PDF viewers can result in artifacts showing up in the PDF. Please test the following:
- Open the PDF in a browser, such as Chrome.
- Right-click on the PDF and select Open with...
- Select Chrome, Edge, or another browser.
- Plot using the AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation) plotter driver.
