Which version of AutoCAD 2019 includes COGO?

i want to upgrade my autocad and was wondering which autocad 2019 version has cogo?

Civil3D brings a fairly steep learning curve and you are committing to it's custom objects.  Not all AutoCAD users can make full use of your drawings, even if they have the object enabler. Evaluate what your clients are using to determine compatibility.  If you want to stick with plain AutoCAD, there are third party add-ons that bring COGO functionality, like DotSoft's MapWorks.
