Hi!

When exporting to PDF, the data in the table extends beyond the column boundaries.

Changing precision settings during export does not help.

The second problem is that the Width Factor parameter is ignored when exporting to PDF.
Strange childish problems for such a well-known product. Any ideas for a solution?

Looks like you have font substitution taking place, nothing more.
How is your PDF driver set to handle fonts and text?

have you tried using PLOT command and then selecting one of AutoCAD's built-in pdf drivers like DWG to PDF.pc3 to create the pdf?

Make sure also to select the PDF Options button and check Capture fonts used in the drawing

Can you upload the file with your chart in it and the PDF file.

We can dig in deeper to help you with this request.

Thanks, JRR!

Thank you for your attention to my question.
I used PDF Options but it doesn't help.
I tried disabling SHX font conversion. It helped, the text stopped going beyond the cell, but it is no longer available for selection and copying. Plus, when you hover over it, this horrible yellow window appears.

Something else you can try. Make sure all your text fonts in your CAD file(s) are True Type Fonts.

The font on your screen looks like non True Type Fonts but might not be.

These work better in Excel type charts and when you make PDF files, you won’t get AUTOCAD SHX TEXT comments. We had a 47-page PDF file with 390 comments. This was due to non True Type Fonts.

Hope this helps!

JRR!
