Hi,

Can you give us some informations about:

  • what AutoCAD version do you use
  • what service pack is installed for your AutoCAD
  • when you say"convert to pdf" which command/workflow do you use to create a PDF from your drawing?

>> however the Image/floorplan (of the imported image) is MISSING

Are you speaking about an image in your drawing, that does not show up in the PDF, but the rest of your drawing is correct visible in your PDF?

And if the image is in the drawing, is it referenced or is it an OLE object in the DWG (select it and let us know what the property window shows as headline for this object)

If you are using the plot-way to get the PDF created then most common for disappearing entities is the layer of that entity is set to "noplot", can you verify that in your layer dialog? In case of plot it might also be helpful to know if the preview looks correct or not.
