I am trying to export the license from my current computer.  I am getting the following error message

 

Export Request Failed

The system has encountered a problem. You may try again in a while, or submit this registration request directly using the Customer Service link. (202)

 

Click the "Try Again" link to resubmit the request.

Any ideas?

Which AutoCAD version (or vertical) do you have, for which you try to export the license?

Do you have access to Internet, do you have access to manage.autodesk.com, have you tried to disable your firewall?

 

If that does not work do what the message tells you and use the Contact Service link.

I am also getting this error - Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite Premium 2016. Of course this comes at a critical time where I need the license off my laptop and back on my powerhorse workstation.

Oddly enough, gives me the same error on the workstation as well rather than saying that there are no licenses to import.
