What PC, laptop or Mac is best for me

Hi I am a product design A-level student and going to take product design at university. I was planning on getting a PC, Mac or laptop mainly for my course, running software like fusion 360, solidworks and whatever the university uses. I was wondering what the best PC, Mac or laptop would be for this, my budget is no more then £1300.
