What is my layout (paper space) scale?

My model space drawing is in meters and in layout title block frame size is (1179x831mm)

 What is my layout (paper space) scale?

 

I am confused with below tabs in properties panel as below

Annotation scale: 1:100

Standard scale: custom

Custom scale: 20

And at the bottom right "view port scale" is display  20.000

 

Please check the attached drawing and screen shot jpg.

what is the easy method to understand scale in layouts (paper space)

When working in Metric, use the acadiso.dwt template, instead of the Imperial.

Afterward, chose the proper paper size (Note: Layouts should always be 1:1).

review this thread to get a better understanding when you draw in meters but plot in mm and how you end up with 20 custom scale:
