Warp Image to Common Points?

In Microstation there is a warp command that move, rotates, scales, and warps and image based on known locations.  Is there anything like that in AutoCAD?

I have a bunch of utility images that I want to quickly orient on a road to trace right into my drawing.

If you use Map or Civil3d you can use Rubber Sheet, or buy Rater Image from Autodesk.

AutoCAD Raster Design plug-in has the Rubbersheet command.

Do you want to use it as underlay or as rendering background?

I know in Ustation you can define points to resize and locate the image to match your 3D model.

Thanks for the input guys.  Yeah, I was looking for a solution that wouldn't cost me anything so the raster plug in is probably a no go.  Also, it was just better to insert, move, rotate, and scale.  I was just hoping for a faster method.  Thanks!!

FYI - Raster Design is included in most of the AutoCAD-based suites.
