Visual shifting of Pointcloud and Linework

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem in Autocad2023 when drawing with pointclouds. Gradually over time, as I work on a pointcloud, something degrades and results a glitch of sorts when panning the view and drawing lines. It means I am unable to continue working on the model.

Autodesk tech support have attempted to fix this problem, and have confirmed that my graphical settings are correct and hardware more than sufficient for working on pointclouds, and have as of yet been unable to deduce what is causing the problem and thus, fix it.

The problem persists with the file, when loaded onto a different computer. The problem also seems to persist with linework copied from the file experiencing this problem, to a fresh file. I do not think the problem is caused by 3D snapping, there are some pictures below to highlight the problem and show that lines drawn are not extending behind to infinity.

Has anyone come across this before? Would appreciate any ideas or suggestions, it's an incredibly frustrating issue.

From your screenshots and descriptions of copying this content to other files... it appears you are unintentionally copying content.

Hello,

This is not the case, the pointcloud is locked and if it were being copied it would remain as it appears in the glitch, but simply panning the view further or zoom extents removes it temporarily
