Viewport

My Viewport(s) keep changing in our standard template. I will go in to the sheet tab and one random viewport is blacked out, I go and change it, go to another tab and come back it and it is blacked out again. The selected items or images have not move or changed. Screenshot example is attached.

What does "I go and change it" actually mean?

What is MAXACTVP set to?

I change it back to t he original viewport, go to another tab and come back and it is once again blacked out.

Hi,

does this happen only in one drawing file? Then please upload that file so we can test it on our side.

Also please start command _ABOUT and show us a screenshot from that dialog, so we know the product you are using as well as the details about updates/service packs.
