viewport scale problem

Hi everyone. Does anybody knows why i cant write 20 in the viewport scale control tab? i cant put 15,16,17 etc. but not 20!!! i have to write 20.0!!!

i see from your attached that you can write 20 !! isn't ? if you start a new CAD drawing did your issue still exist ? if yes would you please share with us your CAD drawing sample as AutoCAD 2013 format type ?

i cant write 20!!!! i can write 20.0(......17, 18, 19, 20.0). this is really weird. its not a big deal but i cant understand why! for years i just wrote 20. from today i have to write 20.0

I can write 20, in the toolbar as well as in the property window ... and after <ENTER> all is well, view is updated.

What do you mean by "I can't write 20" ... do the letters not appear in the field or what is the issue?

If i write 20 i loose my scale!(it zooms out). i must type 20.0 (twenty point zero) to keep the correct scale

Can you please create a video from that behavior (e.g. using >>>Autodesk Screencast<<<) + show a screenshot from command _ABOUT so we can see your version of AutoCAD?

I found the guilty. look at the diferrence between 20 and 20.0. i dont know how that happened. Now how can i delete it. it wont delete and it doesnt let me edit.

When you can't delete it then this scale is in use, either by a default setting, or by a viewport or by any annotative objects. If you can't delete it sometimes it's a help to rename it 😉

leave it i found it! double click and change name(close cad and reopen it)!!!! thanks guys!
