For the last couple of years I have been using VIEWBASE to create views and sections in my drawings. When I tried to update to a more current version of AutoCad I have found out the VIEWBASE command is no longer available in the 32-bit versions.
The drawings are typically 3d and VIEWBASE made getting elevations and sections quite fast and easy. I do not want to go back to regular viewports and the difficutly of getting the views and sections. Is there an alternative other than running the 64-bit version to get elevations and sections easily in AutoCad 32-bit.
What other ways are users of 32-bit versions using to get sections and elevations of 3d models in the newer versions of AutoCad?
