Can I control the buttons in in the interface of dialog boxes, such as the Hatch, Options, and Block , by using keyboard?

For example, in the interface of the Hatch window, there are buttons Preview, OK, Cancel.
Can I use just the keyboard to activate Preview button?

You can with the TAB and arrow keys on your keyboard; explore, it's a Windows feature.
And yes, you can always type PREVIEW then hit <enter> on the keyboard to activate that command.

You could use the TAB key repeatedly till it hits the button you want.

Thanks for the answers.
Yes, I knew it was possible to do with the TAB key. But still, this method might require going through several buttons before the selection reaches the right place in the interface, which is not really convenient because it takes time.

That's why I thought there was a simpler way. For example something like this ALT+P could activate the Preview button, while viewing the dialog box. This seems more convenient to me. It is a bit strange that there is no such function, if not.

If there is an Alt+ option for a button, the letter used to activate it is underlined.

To what I have said above, I would like to add that for the save window there are keys to control them

The Y key controls the Yes button
The N key controls the No button

It seems to me that it would be logical for the other buttons in Autocad windows to have this method of control.

It's not only logical, it is a function of some buttons. (What I said before is inaccurate.) If you hover over the button, you will get the Alt+ combination, if there is one and you have tooltips turned on.
