ship plans

I have a set of old submarine plans and want to be able to create a scientific model with them (3d).  I cannot work out how to draw off the plan and change the view so draw off the other part of the plan.  Has anyone got any ideas?

Hire an AutoCAD drafter an option? Or is there more to your query that what you posted, can you show us what you see in those plans?

What have you tried so far and where does it fail?

Would you know what to do once you figure out how to change the view?
