Couldn't get support number ? can provide autodesk support num ?

Some of my acad licesnse was force to upgrade, how i get know the new serial number ?

Use your >>>Autodesk Account<<<, there you can create a support case and you can see your used serial numbers for your contracts (or ask your reseller).
