I am trying to activate my student license for Autocad and keep getting an Error 2. It says my serial number is incorrect. Ive tried to fill out their forms. I have tried to look for an agent but it seems they are quite keen in forcing everyone to use those useless forms. I need to speak to a person. I need this issue resolved. Does anyone know how to resolve an Error 2. I have my email with their serial and product key. Everything is shown their to me, however at the moment when I want to activate, this annoying Error 2 keeps popping up.

Hi @Anonymous,
Welcome to the Community.
Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Were you trying to activate AutoCAD for Mac 2015? I've checked in our system and there seems to be an issue with the license for that software.
What I can suggest is for you to log-in to the Education Community site once again and try obtaining a serial number for AutoCAD 2015 for Windows instead. Once you have that, you can then use the Windows and Mac Cross-Platform Licensing for AutoCAD to install and activate your AutoCAD for Mac 2015 using the Windows serial number and product key.
If that still does not work out for you, you may need to re-register to the site to obtain a new serial number. Do let us know how it goes.
Thank you,
