Trying to save a pdf with the document title as the given title, not the Layout name

Hi all,

I'm trying to work out why when I Export, Publish or Plot a layout to pdf, when opened the name that shows is not the name I've saved the pdf as but instead shows the name on the Layout tab.

I know I can change adobe settings to display the filename as document title but I can't make this change in Chrome, as if I issue the drawings, then the wrong title may show up for clients. 

Is there a way to change the document title during pdf creation, or do I have to name my Layouts in such a way that matches the filename?

This didn't do what I'm trying. 

I've attached screenshots from both adobe & chrome. 1 shows the full filename of the pdf the other only shows the name of the layout as is shown in Autocad. I'm trying to remove the layout name from showing when I issue the pdf to clients. On inspecting the document the Title is listed as 01 (2). Is there a way to amended this Title when pdf-ing the drawing?

I have the same behavior, this is how chrome handles its tab names. It takes some value embedded in the PDF document to show here, this value is depending on your driver's settings, which we cannot change through the autocad window.
I tested several different PDF drivers and options and every driver handled this differently. 

However one of my drivers did exactly what you wanted, it's called 'Pdf-Xchange lite' it's a driver for a pdf program that we use, PDF Xchange. Saving to PDF with this driver changes the file in the chrome tab to the actual file name and not the layout tab.
I don't have adobe so I couldn't try it, maybe it has a similar result.
