Trouble with dimensions

I opened my file and the dimensions all are misplaced, please help.

upon attempting to Open your drawing I'm immediately prompted with this:

After selecting Recover I then get this:

Most likely the corruption has caused some of your misplaced dimensions.

You'll have to correct / fix these yourself.

Or perhaps you have a "1861 AMSTERDAM AVE - APTS-COPY.bak" file saved in the same folder that you can rename as "1861 AMSTERDAM AVE - APTS-COPY Backup.dwg" that may not be corrupted?

Nothing weird in your CAD dwg file!!! I haven't received any CAD massage. Find attached new CAD dwg file.

I wonder whether this is a version-based issue.  I got the same recovery-required and errors-found messages as @paullimapa when I opened the original drawing in Acad2026, but not [same as @imadHabash] in Acad2020.  But I have no idea what the difference would be.

I also have no problems opening the dwg in 2021 or 2022. But the Recover alert msg starts with 2023 up to 2026 and then those Dimensions both horizontally & vertically start flying across the screen as I've highlighted them in my msg #2.
