Tools for MEP Design

Recently I found an add-on called USE-all.com very useful for the Electric plan design, this tool basically do a lot of things automatically, so now I want find more tools for Mechanical Electric Plumb design. I request for suggestions. PD: I call design to everything before BIM for example: in Architecture you do a "design" in Formit before use Revit for mep, actually I want use AutoCAD MEP for BIM but I need a tool for the "design" before BIM.

Do you know any tool or any way to create a Single Line Diagram importing a CSV or Xls excel  file?

this what exactly I need, create Single Line Diagrams importing Excel file.

 

in the addon EcoDial, this function is called Load List fed-from Excel spreadsheet, but is already not available on their website and Autodesk store. the new app, Ecostruxure, replaced EcoDial, but already not have this import function.
