How do I get actual blocks into my tool palette bars, instead of the samples?
I am using AutoCAD 2025, with windows 11.
I am using AutoCAD Symbols 200 now, from my design center.

Hi,
>>"How do I get actual blocks into my tool palette bars, instead of the samples?"
The answer is: DRAG&DROP Blockreferences or Files, which are designed for using "as Block" definition.

If you have drawing files with blocks, it is possible to create ToolPalette Tools via DesignCenter: DC ->on Block section of a file -> on the right: RightClick -> Create ToolPalettes
NOTE: ToolPalettes DO NOT contain blocks, you just create a button with the information to insert a block(or file) FROM....<c:\just a linik to your source file>
so it is important to think twice from where you add the blocks/files - these files are not part of a "Export settings" or "migration from previous version" action.

I take it you never tried this before, try it now:
In ADC ('design center'), right-click on each sub-folder of your old symbols library and choose
CREATE TOOL PALETTE OF BLOCKS
Done. you now have a TP of that stack of blocks, name of the subfolder is the name of the TP.
Repeat for each subfolder of blocks from your old symbols library.
