texts with the same font are different

see screen shot. I use the same font for texts, which is SIMPLEX. However, they look different in Text and Multi-leader. What's going on here? thx

It looks like new construction has an obliquing value applied. Select it then in the properties palette remove any number in the obliquing section.

Your 'text style' in your dimension style must be the same as your 'text style' in your multi-leader.  If, however, the text styles are indeed the same, then someone or something has made an override to that text object which in turn has suppressed the properties of the text in favor of the override.
