Text Size

Whenever using text in dimensions or in general, the default text size starts at 42 even though I have not changed any of the default text heights. When I try to change the height the text size will scale with what I put in. (If I put in .5 instead of 1, the font will change to 21) Does anyone have any solutions?

There is nothing wrong with your shared DWG file

Did it actually show "42 high" in PROPERTIES palette like I show above, or was that just a guess-timate by counting those tiny little screen squares? If the latter... Turn off GFXDX12 variable (set it to zero), restart your AutoCAD 2025, then your issue should go away.
