Hello, i need help.
when i change the vieport style from 2d wireframe to another (conceptual, x ray , etc) the text over the viewport disappear, and when i change to 2d wireframe again the text comeback. help please.

Hi,

 

viewports in other visual styles than "2D wireframe" have a white background while the "2D wireframe" visual style has no background, so you can see objects on paperspace even if they are placed behind the viewport.

 

But in any case: when you look to the page-setup of that layout (or dialog of command _PLOT) you can verify the setting "Plot paperspace last", as this controls if objects on paperspace are plotted before viewports or afterwards, that should also make your text objects visible.

I think you can also select your text and annotations, then right-click and select "Bring to front".
