How do you change a single text height when the text height doesn't show to the properties list?

HI

go to text style dialog box (ST).

Create new style with required height.

then come to model space and select text.

then press ctrl+1 for properties

now change style to new style from text section

you can also apply bold, italic and bold italic for text from text style dialog box
